From brunch to dinner, Vinology’s inspired and extensive menu reflects our passion for food. Our menu rotates seasonally to reflect what’s fresh at the moment, and we proudly serve fun and inventive small plates, specialty artisan cheeses, traditional entrees with a nouveau twist, and house made desserts.
Chef Adam Galloway believes in using the highest quality ingredients to create wine-friendly world cuisine. While sourcing as many ingredients locally as possible, Chef creates complex, accessible dishes that please the most discerning and sophisticated palates alike. Entrees are available in full and half portions to inspire our guests to enjoy a multi-coursed meal. Our menu thoughtfully considers dietary restrictions such as gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and more. We always offer two purely vegetarian dishes on the menu and will gladly accommodate allergies.
