Vinology is hosting two Black Wine Night events, on October 19 and October 26, from 7 to 9 p.m. A festive celebration of wines and spooky-themed food, this event is a night where everything is black—your clothes, the food, the venue, and the Riedel wine glasses.
“Chef Adam pulls out all of the creative stops for Black Wine Night, as does our wine expert, Kristin Jonna, in choosing the wine pairings,” said Vincent Jonna, owner of Vinology. “It’s a sell-out every year and continues to grow through the word of mouth buzz it generates as a unique, fun night.”
Black Wine Night is a blind tasting event, and includes a 4-course dinner noir. Vinology’s Chef Adam Galloway is preparing a special menu for the event that features a range of inspired, seasonal dishes and locally-sourced food.
Black Wine Night wines will include five different wines that attendees will enjoy guessing the brand and type.
Reservations for Black Wine Night are $65 per person and do not include tax or gratuity. Reservations can be made by calling Vinology at 734-222-9841.
