As a full-service venue, it is Vinology’s top priority to ensure that each of our events is provided with hospitality and expertise. All of our events are curated by the in-house Event Coordinator, with collaboration from the Executive Chef and Beverage Manager. Together, this team of professionals work together to guarantee that your special event is exactly as you imagined. We create menus that fit every style and budget and can accommodate dietary restrictions.

We are experienced in PCARD & Short Code requirements and have created a UM menu that caters to the university specifications & limits. You are also welcome to order off of any of our other private dining menus. Upon request, we are happy to itemize and separate your food/beverage costs and send receipts to department heads after your event.
